All the screen modes are broken for me, and can't play...

When I opened the game for the first time, it was a tad bit big for my screen, when I went to settings and changed the screen mode, it kinda just broke...

Windowed is too small to read the font (if I maximize it, it's then too BIG to read), and both the other options (Exclusive Fullscreen and Windowed Fullscreen) are SUPER zoomed in. All three are completely unusable for me. I've reset the game, steam, and my entire computer to no fixes. I haven't seen anyone mention this exact issue (maybe I just didn't look hard enough.)

Is there any way to just make a screen "safe zone" like other games or, heck, just reset it back to it being slightly too big like it was when i originally opened it???

What resolution is your screen? Have you tried switching off Pixel Perfect and then changing resolutions and UI scale? You might be able to find a good combination that way, but if you tell your screen resolution I might be more helpful.

You can reset your settings by deleting the local0.age file in the save files, please check this thread to find it

it kind of sounds like what I had being stuck on a zoomed in screen.. I used CTRL-ENTER to reach the settings menu, when I toggled the pixel option (cant remember the name) the game reverted to what it was like when originally opened.

That worked! Deleting the local0.age file set my screen back to what it was, and I could actually see my screen to set the resolution correctly. Thanks a ton! Do you still want me to report it as a bug?
