How do i cure Distressed and Sick

I have both the building that cure it

Have someone working in the requisite building. If the building requires a specialist to work there, train the pip by right-clicking on building and selecting appropriate option. Then right-click on building and choose option to cure Distressed or Sick. You may need to remove afflicted pips from their job to cure them, but the game will say, if that's the case.
