Cobblestone path to bakery?
This is a great game. However im having trouble with making a 'cobblestone road/path to dwelling' to construct the bakery or any other building requiring that. The paving does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong? The encyclopedia is not really clear on this either.

Paving must also be below the buildings, maybe that's the issue? Not easy to explain in the short tooltip ehe

The Bakery requires both a Cobblestone path to a dwelling (and yours is correct), and a Flour-producing building within 1 tile
