edit: I looked on their website and just noticed they plan to bring Sky to PC in the future, but their page is out of date since it's already on android but it says "Coming soon to Android"
They said it was coming to PC but there is no date confirmed at the moment.
Go to Student Games -> Play Flow -> and in the upper right hand corner there is a DL link.
I absolutely loved Flow just as much as Journey. It’s such an incredible and unique experience, and I would love to see it available on more platforms, especially on PC, like Journey eventually did. Flow deserves to be experienced by a wider audience, and I really hope that the team at thatgamecompany considers porting it to PC and other platforms. It would be amazing to relive those moments and introduce new players to this beautiful game.
AFAIK, this is our only way to plat Fl0w without a PlayStation 3, 4, Vita or PSP:
