Thanks for this... Was about to buy but now I am confused as to what is the full deal.

What are the DLC on that page and why aren't they on Steam?

Is it another version of the game or a separate game totally? Hard to see.

Is there a way to fix the resolution of game window?

Capitalism Lab supports the following resolutoins.

Window Mode Supported
You can now run the game in either Full Screen mode or Window mode.

Multiple Screen Resolutions
The game supports multiple screen resolutions, including:

Full screen mode and borderless window mode:
o 1024 x 768
o 1600 x 900
o 1280 x 1024
o 1536 x 864
o 1920 x 1080
o 1600 x 900
o 1600 x 1200
o 2560 x 1440 (2.5K resolution)
o 3840 x 2160 (4K resolution)

The availability of a new borderless window mode for smoother switching between Capitalism Lab and other window applications. (Note that the window resolution of this mode is limited to the monitor’s native resolution).

Borderless window mode only:
o 1366 x 768
o 1440 x 900

Windowed mode:
o 1024 x 768
o 1200 x 900
o 1280 x 960

Why isn´t Lab on Steam? Really want to buy it but not on Steam (or other unmentional sites) = "nono" for me.

You register an account and buy with Paypal or credit card. Nothing out of this world. You need your account to start new games and play

Personally I feel Capitalism II is better than Capitalism Lab. The latter has more features for sure, but Capitalism II is better balanced (especially with the balance mod) and a better game. Capitalism Lab requires even more micromanagement, but if you like micromanaging everything then maybe you'll prefer it.

Capitalism Lab also has some DRM. If I remember correctly, it has to "phone home" every time you start the game.
