Considering the price for this game it should at least be bug free! Sorry, not going to buy more games from Square Enix in the future. They can't deliver bug free games.
For a game priced this high I at least expect it to run decently. I understand that bugs happen but I would expect more patches and work to fix these than I have seen here. Really hoping that they put the time into fixing the issues and make it seemless... but not sure it will happen.
I loved this game so much back in the day, I really hate to see it in this state. Guess I will just keep playing it on my old SNES than getting it on steam.
I am afraid to open my wallet for any of these once-cherished titles that have been tarnished in the porting process.
You put the game up for sale. You have an audience of people who are willing to wait and purchase a finished product that improves on the experiences they once had with older titles, but you are flagrantly abusing the trust of those customers by selling them incomplete games.
If you don't have the money to make the game proper, go to Kickstarter or something. You have the option of Early Access or Beta runs. If you really are just trying to pilfer a shrinking group of people for the rest of the money they're willing to spend on, that will dry up fast.
