Will we get a "Seiken Densetsu 3 / Secret of Mana 2" Remake?

I've Loved the Secret of Mana Series For quite some time now.
But My Favoret was "Seiken Densetsu 3 / Secret of Mana 2". Which is called by different names in English and Jampanies. I would Love to get a remake of this game. :)

For those who aren't sure what i'm talking about.

I played a fan patch of the game and it was okay. I didn't think it was better than the previous game though.

Reminder, it was never officially released, though there are ROM patches and reproduction carts out there.

Ummmm. have you even played the original English game/rom? It's kinda already Translated and Bug free. :/

SD3 is filled with bugs (evasion doesn't work, bunch of saber glitches, Kevin gets stronger when hit in wolf form, inventory graphics are glitchy, item storage is super slow, etc etc) and there is no official translation.

hmmmm..... as far as Bugs go. I don't rememeber ever finding any. Maybe I was just Lucky.

That isn't official. It was a patched japanese ROM.

SoM3 never made it to the US, it was never localized, what we got were fan translations.

What part of "the above post" says that it will be soon?

There is no official word on a western release or remake of any kind. The existing translation is fan made, SE would still have to do it from scratch themselves.

Other wise, people like "Alhanalem [DD1 Community Dev]" Will keep saying "NEVER" for some weird and stupid reason. :/

that trailer I showed was just to show the game I'm talking about. it says in the Youtube video there. that the trailer is fan made. Now can you please stop derailing this Thread. You sound like some far Left Demacrate Fighting against Trump. You've said your points. now stop fighting against the very idea that we would like to happen. please.

I'm not derailing anything. Also, "thread" is not a proper noun and is not capitalized, and I find your attempt to inject politics into a gaming thread reprehensible at best. That's more of a derail than anything anyone else has said here, and I'm not going to engage you on that any further. My posts have been relevant to the topic at hand. "Derailing", as it is commonly called, is when one changes the subject, which I have not. I thus humbly request you cease being deliberately insulting (Throwing please in there does not make your statement less aggressive)

That out of the way, you seem to be thinking that I don't want a western release of SoM3 or a remake or anything. I do want it. However, my last replies were correcting the statement that a remake is actually coming, of which no evidence has been presented. If people are going to make claims, they should put forth some reason why we should believe that it is true. I'm not fighting against an idea that should happen- I want it to happen with all my heart. But we have people in the thread claiming that it actually is happening, but far as I can see, it is not currently happening (yet!)
