That doesn't matter. Square Enix holds the publishing rights. They are within their right to release it on any other platforms they wish unless they have a contract with Nintendo over Collection of Mana, which if said contract does exist it's probably only temporary. Doesn't mean Square Enix is interested in releasing the collection again, but they can.
