I put the time of the video when I got stuck, when I got stuck more or less. Luckily I found out by pressing Alt-Enter, that allowed me to pass that path in the video.
In the Dwarf Village I tried to enter the armor shop, but the door won't open. I have to try dashing, pressing Alt-Enter and it only works by luck at times. There seems to be a glitch or bug in my game.
Are you having trouble passing that side narrow path that leads to the stairs to Dwarf village?... that path is a no problem, it should be clear, nothing special about it...
Also you shouldn't be able to press any special keyboard combinations to do anything in the game...
Some tips for later on the game, when you get the Flying Dragon, and start to travel around the world... the very 1st thing you should do is get the armor set sold at The Golden Island!!... it's the best armor in the game for that time line.... also buy an Ivy bracelet from the mountain village.. it will not let you fall asleep from those flowers in the mountains... the next level armor set is after the sunken continent area is defeated... Neko the cat will sell you the armor set... after that... the next best armor set from this point on is hidden; the common grunts in the pure land drop it, after that... the next best armor set is in the last level in the flying fortress (see my video on my profile about Moon energy to see how to get some of them) also in the last level the common grunts also drop weapon orbs ... so you got to look for them.... hope this info helps you...
Yes that is the side narrow path that I get stuck, now if I want to go back that isn't possible since my character get stuck on that narrow path. But in the walkthrough the character can just walk without trouble, how come I can't walk without trouble? Why does my character get stuck?
The Alt-Enter doesn't do anything, the only thing it does it change the size of the game screen from full screen to window screen.
I want to know how to solve this problem, because this seems like a bug or glitch. Until I know the problem I better not continue playing the game.
Thanks for the tips on what to buy from NPCs.
Would it help if you add me to friend list and you can see what happens when I play that section? Maybe by you watching me play it might solve this problem. I know people in friend list can watch other people player their games.
I have had similar talks with other people regarding similar problems and my conclusion to the root of these problems is based on Hardware.... I'm sure the problem is on the DP (Display Port) cable.... why... because the DP cable can do higher resolutions than standard HDMI cable especially compared to old VGA cable... DP cable can do 4K and because of it some games cant run on those Top resolution displays....
supermicheal7... I'm sure you are using a DP cable on your monitor because when I saw your game setting on your resolution options, they where higher than mine, and I'm using a standard HDMI cable instead of my DP port connection... if you want to try this if you dont have an HDMI cable get one and plug it in your monitor, that should force the 1080TI card to use a more normal resolution that the game will support, I know this works because this happened to the same game one of my friends has, he has a DP connection and I'm using a HDMI same game but the game runs in my system due to the native lower resolution the game was made to use its a 2007 game...
let us know if the HDMI cable is the fix...
Thanks for helping, now I can play normal the game.
Wooohooo!!!...
Now we just need more players to try this to officially confirm the solution!!!
Switched to 60hz, still same thing.
