i just checked before seeing this
No update as far as i can see and i have it set to not update unless i launch it so it would'nt slide under my nose
maybe its a library dependancy update for certain configurations of PCs?
1. Character portaits on ring menu. (Huge improvement, IMO.)
2. Bringing up the ring menu when allies are offscreen teleports them to you.
3. Flying around on flammie, pressing RB no longer switches to top-down view?
Supposedly it also fixed some bugs? There were some PS4 patch notes which I think apply to the PC patch as well.

One time I had one of the characters disappear, and switching to them put me into a black screen that I couldn't escape from. This seemed to be one of the bugs described. This only happened to me once, but I've played a lot more since the patch. (Have had the game hang or go black twice since, but I just closed the program and loaded my auto-save.)
1. no, this update was made like 2 weeks ago.
2. this always happened since feb 15.
3. huh, it isnt really important if you know where you want to land.
Game version is still 1.1 for you, right? It is for me and I haven't seen a second patch.
2. Might be true. I didn't notice it until immediately after the patch. When I had an "offscreen player" bug prior to the patch it definitely didn't cause them to return to me then, though.
3. Not important for finding my way around, but I liked the world map and was enjoying looking down at it from high above. When they took the feature away I noticed immediately. (The original SNES game let you do this too, BTW.)

Switch Menu Left/Assign Shortcut L
Switch Menu Right/Assign Shortcut R
All those functions are customizable with both keyboard and mouse. I don't know whether they are with a controller, though... will try playing the game with a PS3 controller and see how I go with that. Haven't got Flammie at the moment with my current playthrough, but I'm getting there. :)
Edit: Typo, clarification.
