Crash+Game Breaking Bug

So I had just finished the Gold Tower and had gotten Lumina. I started going back to the Wind Palace so I could level up my elementals, but my game had crashed. I of course didn't save right after finished the Gold Tower, so I had to go back to Southtown and talk to Mara to get the Gold Key, do the whole thing over again, etc. However, when I went back to talk to her, she gave me her original dialogue of giving me the sewer passcode! I still have my Shade magic, my upgrade weapons from the orbs after the Gold Tower, my level is the same, everything. But no matter how many times I close the game, close Steam, restard everything, Mara is not giving me the dialogue for the Gold Key.

Has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone been able to solve it?

I should note the things I've tried:

I've tried talking to the person that gives the hint about the Gold Key first before going back to her.

I have also just gone through the sewers to Northtown, everyone at the rebel base is giving their proper dialogues and are in the right location, and gone back to Mara. No dice.

you know there's a save that reloads from the last transition right?

You know there's a few transitions going from Gold Town on Flammie to Southtown where the broken dialogue happened that would overwrite the last working Autosave before the dialogue broke, right?

I made the passage through the sewer without finding the password, I passed behind the trees and behind the guard's back before he went to the gate, this generated a bug, and now Mara doesn't change the dialog to deliver the key.
