Are you serious? It wasn't POSSIBLE in the original. The original version DID have multiplayer co op. The original version DIDN'T have the ability to be purchased and downloaded over the internet... see how your reasoning doesn't work?
"Parsec uses its game streaming technology to let you access your gaming PC from anywhere and invite your friends to connect and play local multiplayer games online."
And no offense but parsec is a sham. It is god awfully expensive. Average $1/hr for the lowest PC rig and $2/hr for their highest PC rig. That can add up real fast for a gamer. Your basically renting a PC rig. The technology is too new and over time it may catch on and prices lower but right now its way too expensive.
I used Parsec so many times without paying anything that I had to search the Parsec website to even realize renting a PC was an option. It makes no sense to call Parsec a sham based on that since you can simply use Parsec to host Secret of Mana on your own machine, free.
