I'm a huge fan of SOM
I was playing when I was kids with my brother and my mom.
I even buy it on my iPhone
Really just with this trailer and the pics the charm is gone... with this 3d crap...

I also bought a few weeks ago Starcraft: remastered and guess what is 2D!!!! and it's lovely!!! with nothing change just new resolution and texture!!!

I will stay with the SNES version much better! I don't want to destroy my memories with this crap!

You honestly have the guts to bring up the SC 1 remaster here, that was only made for esports in korea as a good thing?

Apart form that i agree with you, but boy that was a bad example to use, especially if i can get the old SC 1 for damn free form Blizz themselves.
I rather play Mass Recall with SC2 than giving them a dime for a remaster that was never intended to improve on the horrid gameplay, ui and ai this nowdays has.

you are totally out of the subject by talking about mass recall (SOM remake vs SC1 RM is more logic) mass recall is a mod
sc1 is free and sc1: remastered cost 15$.Expensive? Is only a point of view.

But he(SC1:Remastered) doesn't destroy the original game or bring something new.its just a make up and that what WE WANT the community of SC1 and also I'm sure what all of us want for a remake of SOM...
if you hit f5 you will have new texture and you can play and have the same feeling of my childhood and that during the game ! that mean u can switch that really cool
I don't have that with mass recall, sorry bro but just take a look on the comunuty of SC1 we are all happy to have a remasterd one no like here with SOM ...

and the gameplay of SC1 is SC1 point.
we dont want the gameplay of SC2 (and i love this game also) but SC1 must be SC1 .

It still is a bad comparison.
SC 1 has a TON of problems that NEEDED fixing, but because this was made with esports in mind they didn't do that.
Oh please stop this crap, you are worse than me with SoM and i thought about my nostalgia yesterday quite abit. Sc 1 has problems that can be objectivly pointed out and i've done that here.

SoM has none of these problems that needed fixing and it is more than 25 years old at this point. I give you the price and as i said i agree with that, but using such a bad examples is just a thing i have to jump at.
