Report a translation problem
I'm not opposed to there being difficulty. What I don't like is having to go through the level over and over again only to fight the boss and lose. There could at least be one checkpoint. Overall, I like this series and have completed all of the othe Bit.Trip games.
There is a sweet spot where you can send the beat flying back at a 40-45 degree angle. It should cause the beat to hit the top/bottom boundary at about 1/3 of the screen, and then ricochet to the other side and the AI won't be able to catch it. After the first 10 scores, the last 5 are considerably easier.

If you don't have the mouse precision though, it isn't worth it. At the end of the day it is a simple mini-game that literally takes 30-40 minutes to beat in one sitting. I recall it being a lot more stressful to beat back when I first played it, because my aim and timing were simply worse.
