Rez Infinite vr crashes to vr home soon after game starts

So just updated my mobo and cpu and a clean install of windows10 then upgraded to win11 then a clean install of steam vr etc.
Issue is Rez VR crashes out to the vr home screen shortly after starting i can play anything from 30 sec to 2min before it crashes.
I can play other games with no issues inc
PistolWhip/ Boneworks/ SuperHot/StarWars Squadrons.
I have 11600k on a msi gaming plus z590 and a 1070
All the latest drivers and chipsets and i do monitor the cpu /gpu usage and temp there are no issues there.
Im thinking mabe its an older game having issues with Win 11 anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue.

found the problem and how to fix it this fix issue was with the new 11600k cpu this also fixed all my other games that wouldn't start
i actually found fix while trying to fix Pavlov vr .
