Quality of life suggestions

First, the ability to toggle the fire button. The VAST majority of the time, you just want to have the fire button held down, and that means it should be a toggle.
Second, the perk bar at the bottom should be clearly visible when choosing a perk or the game is paused. There's no reason to force players to try to check it while dodging beasties.
