"Dreamland Planes"

Has anyone with the new dlc figured out how to play these yet? I've completed every plane thus far and havn't been able to find this new tier so far.

They become available after you complete Eldritch plane. They should be accessible via Planes menu (scroll if not visible there).

If you have already completed Eldritch before DLC came out, you need to do the last battle again and that opens up the option.

there is most certainly a Dreamlands II... who knows how far it may go...

I am guessing it is infinite like Neon Chrome.
