An error when i want login

My net is good and don`t have a problem, but when i playing pixel world game.. game say to me: login error! please try again a few minutes.
Guys! i love this game! please help me! how can i playing pixel world without error?
And another problem! : i have VIP for 2 day! if i can`t playing this game my VIP...
I have to bye with my VIP!
I know that my net is good because in other online games i can playing very easily.

Have you tried to uninstall it? Sounds weird. can i get more info what happends when you try to login the game?

Before giving any further explanation, can I ask how fast this game needs internet? My internet speed is between 400 and 500 kb.

Im not sure about the speeds. But it works just fine for me. can you post a picture or something so i can try my best to help

All info i found about the proplem in google was this (Copy pasted from technet.windows.

The message "somehting prevention from communication with the server" is definitely wrong. The correct message shoult be "there is something wrong with the product-key"

First of all I have to say really thank you for your help
And then: Most of the time I don't get the message from the game. Just when trying to access most servers, writes: Download ... and then the WiFi icon appears in the middle of the screen and I will be redirected to the first page of the game (where we will have to wait until the green bar fills).
In general, I have no problem just in entering my own worlds. To get to Pixel Station, I have to open and close the game several times to finally get it, and I can almost enter it to enter Nether world.
I really don't know Why is this game having trouble when I can run other online games? Notice: I got into trouble after the last winter update. I hope to get a new update soon so that I can get rid of this problem.😑

No worrys! You should check out your pc if its updating something or does it have some proplems with wifi, Or internet connection. If i update/Download a game it gives me the same WIFI Logo ingame. You should check out your pc for virus that uses your internet connection.

Also, if some one else is using your internet, parents, sisters etc you should ask them too ifthey have a internet proplems.

my says that the password or username is wrong but its not cause i can log in on muy phone but not on pc
