Does this edition include EX and +18 content?

I've already read the whole thing on my psp and im just missing the EX and +18 content and was wondering if it was included in this edition, if not, will there ever be a patch? Thanks in advance

It includes the additional routes of the EX version, but not the +18 content. There most certainly won't be a patch for it either.
