It's a binary file. Can't you just throw it in the steam game's folder for it to work?

It is a website. Download the file there. It's just a file, no extension, it is not an archive. Just a file named "fuli". Put fuli into "Dragonia\game_Data\StreamingAssets".

It's not an uncensor patch it just adds a white rabbit instead, so I deleted it because it looked worse, hopefully we will get a real uncensor patch.
