Being a doctor, Ihere are times I have little time for a game, Are there save spots for people who have 15 minutes tov play at times?

Hiho, there is no savegame. You can play the game 2 times to get all achievements and both endings. It took me 1 hour to complete both endings, but consider approximately 40 minutes for the first one. The 2nd one is very similar and therefore can be finished faster.
