For 10 years, since the release of the very first version of our mobile CarX Drift Racing game, we’ve been paying close attention to the reaction of our audience and up to this day we believe that the trust of our players is the most important asset of CarX Technologies.
Every step of development and our work process is connected with adding new content. We are gathering feedback from our players constantly to get insights on exactly what new content we should add to our games, and each time we get and idea of a specific content bundle that we work on to adapt and add to our games.
In early April, this year, we’ve received a message from a content creator, claiming that our content recently added to CarX Drift Racing Online was, in fact, based on his work.
We’ve examined this claim carefully and, yes, it’s possible to say that we took inspiration from this creator’s work, however we did not notify him or ask for his permission to use his work as reference.
We’d like to apologize to the concept author, Cyro Miguel and, we are currently working together to resolve this issue by entering a license agreement with the author.
We’d like to thank our players for the attention to such details and all the feedback. No doubt, we will improve our internal processes and workflow to prevent this kind of situation from happening again and to provide updates with quality content.
Inevitably, all controversial, dividing or inappropriate content will be removed from our games forever or until the related issues are resolved, if possible.
We highly appreciate feedback from our community and content makers on our games.
Thanks for making better games with us.
You MEANT:
for 10 years, since the release of the very first version of our buggy mobile CarX Drift Racing game, we’ve been not paying close attention to the reaction of our audience and up to this day we believe that the trust of our players is the most unimportant asset of CarX Technologies.
We’ve examined little to not at all this claim and, yes, it’s TRUE to say that we copied intentionally as much as possibile from this creator’s work, however we did not care , notify him or ask for his permission to copy bit by bit of his good artwork, not like ours. We tried to make little changes that made it look even worse , so its diffrent from Miguel's version but he still noticed.
We’d like to pretend that we apologize to the concept author, Cyro Miguel and, we are currently working together 5 minutes a week to resolve this issue by entering a license agreement with the author.
We’d like to thank our players for the attention to such details and all the feedback. No doubt, we will pretend that we are improving our internal processes and workflow to 15 minutes a week to prevent this kind of situation from happening again and to provide updates with quality, stolen (maybe) content.
Inevitably, all controversial, dividing or inappropriate content except from our "good game" will be removed from our games forever (most likely) or until the related issues are resolved, if possible (probally not)
We highly appreciate feedback that we rarely look at from our community and content makers on our games.
Thanks for making the game better with yourself and the workshop maps that YOU create. We barely do anything. Like literally, we still haven't added a new map except a reskin a long time ago
You mean "We were caught stealing his assets (because we absolutely did) so now we're finally giving credits"
" For 10 years we've been reading your feedbacks and since they were too much work to do we just ignored them accepting only the easiest tasks, we also stole all your moneys making the worst dlc's ever so that people can enjoy the stolen assets we've put in our game, initially claiming it as ours, including both the loading screen and the f40 model, anyways!!! We're incredibly sorry about it (not really) so we'll go back as nothing happened releasing even worse dlc's because we need moneys (mobile gaming industry doesn't give enough and they just realised this year lol), I hope you can all enjoy the incredbily low quality enviroments and the 90's interior 2 pixels design we want to offer as to make the experience even more enjoyable <3"
You admit your mistake and try and correct it. I wish more companies had your integrity.
Please fix the force feedback system for direct drive wheels. I was exited to learn this game has VR support so i tried it out and the force feedback system is in a very bad state.
Please add more sliders for different FFB effects and possibly rework the entire system
