Audio issues

I am running carx through steam on my gaming laptop, with my dualsense wireless, with a turtle beach head set plugged into the controller. When I start the game there is no audio. When i windows key and turn the audio up or down, the audio cuts back in, and when i tab into the game, theres 2-10 seconds of game audio. When I have nothing plugged in the audio works fine. Any solutions?

Try to see where Windows itself sends sound. I heard that when other players connect ps4/ps5 gamepads, the sound goes to the gamepad (that's why I use xbox gamepads). Try reconfiguring the audio output to headphones
