Workshop cars aren't in the game for me anymore

After the new update I noticed most of the other betas are gone and there's only one modifiable beta to use after the latest patch so I couldn't go back to the old patch to see if the workshop car's even worked on there. Went to the workshop to unsubscribe to all the mods and then resubscribe and none of the mods are accessible (From car skins to imported cars and custom wheel packs). Tried to uninstall and then reinstall but even then nothing worked.

TLDR: My modded cars and wheels aren't showing up in the customization section of the game, don't know where they are, how to get them, or did this ptr bug out my games entire system? Please help
