Put on the headset to activate VR mode - Stuck here

sure vr is implemented? because it aint running on any of my vr devices.

Go to Settings > Graphics > VR Mode and set it to on.

sadly i can not even get to the menu. game wont boot into menu just throwing the error and being stuck there. when i turn vr off and try to put the setting it says "check the connection between your vr headset and the device and try again".

and when i put the headset on and turn the setting on, it again says "Put on the headset to activate VR mode"....

What headset are you trying it with? Working with the HTC Vive for me. I start up the game normally and when I switch VR mode on it automatically boots up SteamVR.

The only thing I could suggest is verify your files for CarX and SteamVR. I know CarX had issues where the new DLC cars were not appearing in the catalog and they were telling people to re-verify your files to get them to show up.

it boots up steamvr for me as well, then i get black screen in the headset and the error msg on screen. tried with htc vive, quest 2 and pimax.

did verify, did reinstal, tried a diff pc, tried admin mode, tried win 7 mode, tried anything. it simply does not work.

The only thing left I could suggest is to try and talk to a developer on their discord. Sorry its not working for you.

iv been trying to get a pico 4 vr to work with steam but through my shadow gaming cloud thing its pain any help would be hugely appreciated!

Did you turn on VR mode in the settings?

oh btw i fixed it, the issue is revive plugin. disabling fixed it.
