Hi, does anyone know how to get speed mods for private games? I was in a public lobby and this guy was doing 1000kmph in a Corolla which I know isn’t normally possible. Am I allowed to download a mod like that and if so how?

ive gotten wheels to work through the work shop but i havent been able to figure out the car situation.

I’ve got cars from the workshop like the ford falcon and 1969 Camaro, if ur referring to downloading cars from the workshop and not seeing them in game, once the car is downloaded you need to flick through each car and look at body kits and some will have a custom kit which is the full modded car you downloaded
