Lost all my cars

Hello i have a huge problem.I needed to move to other country for my work and got me a laptop to play some games and i did not know that steam cloud thing was a thing so i did not sych my pc to get all my cars setups and liveries which were around 20 and i spend alot of time making them liveries.Instead i just did 1 car and i drive only this car.Now im back on my main pc i was cloud sychronize and i cliked it and now i got the 1 car that i drived but i lost all my other cars that i had.Is there any way to return my previous version of the game and bring all my cars back becouse i spend alot of time customizing them.

Data storage for this game is saved for each PC.
Data is saved automatically.

If it hasn't been overwritten with the lost data, I'm sure it will be resolved.

(Not a folder of the main game )

There are two folders, but you can judge by the date and time the cookie file was updated. Don't forget to make backups.
