my Kino mod won't open
if i press f4 in carx nothing happens

I have the same problem - I definitely have it set to public modding in Betas, but nothing happens when I click F4. Another video said to try F10, but that also did nothing. I've tried reinstalling, tried turning off firewall, clean reboot, etc. Nothing works. Any advice would be appreciated!
