Can other players see the mods im using?

For example im using the nsx mod for the fuji sx, when i go to on online lobby can people see me driving the nsx or does it just show the fuji sx on their screen?

console players can´t see your workshops mods, only pc people can see your workshop mod.
and also sometimes carx bugs and pc people cannot see your mod. (in very rare ocasions happen)
