I Can't Play Online

When i try to join an online room or create one, it just says: "Unknown Error" and doesn't let me join, i have a very good internet connection.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Normally for me I usually just restart my game and it fixes the issue.

well i have restarted my game and pc like 10 times in less than 30 minutes, and nothing has changed so yeah

i had this problem for months.. my home network(cabel) won't work.. but i tried to connect it on mobile network (unlimited gb's) and it worked!! so try to connect to another network if possible and see if it works..

I can play now with my phone's internet, but i get kicked every 2 minutes because i have been disconnected from the online servers or something like that, i would like to play with my ethernet connection and get a fix for that instead of playing with the internet of my phone, which makes no sense because of all the games i have played, this is the only one i have had this problem and it's very annoying mainly because i saw this game and i paid for it to play online, not to have errors on it and having to search fixes for this everywhere and find one that barely works.
I apologize if i typed something wrong or something doesn't makes sense, english is not my main language.

try different dns settings. Like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8..
