Hi guys, is it possible to play local splitscreen with 2 controller?

Nah there is no split in this game. Although I have a excellent alternative for you:
World Racing 2 might be a little old by now but it has Open World Splitscreen and far better physics than CarX. When you want to drift there are tons of great drift-car mods.
Just make sure you go into settings and turn Handling physics to Simulation.
