Camera issues

Ive sat here trying to figure this out for days. So pretty muuch if i turn the camera turns too. im using an off brand xbox one controller but ive also chekced a regular xbox controller and ps4 controller it all still does it can someone please tell me how to map the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right thumb stick. in my garage my right thumb stick works perfect but in game it all the sudden doesnt register and thinks the left stick is both turn and pan

i got it to work for like 3 seconds messing with the cameras but then went back to doing more of the same. only fix seems to be going into 1st person view

ive just noticed that if you hold the camera stick up for like 4 seconds then release it seems to snap into place. i move the camera stick to the left or right it does it again but i hold up and seems to fix it rather annoying

You'll wanna check the Game Settings tab and scroll down to the Camera View Button setting. Chances are, your camera look setting has been set to the same stick you use for steering.

I ended up just switching controllers from a xbox one to a series x and it worked
