can PS4 players see modded cars that PC players use?

There is no game that EVER been made(especially cross platform) that lets other see your mods unless they have them installed.

Same thing PC to PC if you have a Nude mode in Tekken 7 for example LMAO then no bro , no one else sees this but you, they see your default costume or w/e you have set up.

Mods are client based only in ANY game. Dont mean to be rude but its a silly question, especially concerning cross platform.

If you mod a huge Shlong on hood of your truck to be edgy sorry you can't MEME your console bros, they dont see it.

console players dont see the pc players' mods, they just see the base version of the car wtihout any customisation paarts, exept for rims and all ur paints/own made liveries

they also dont see the cars tha havent been added to the console yet, like the ae85 isnt on console yet, so they see a replacement car (idk which they see instead tho)

And you were completly false since pc players are seeing other's modded cars, i'm playing with a F1 and everyone is always asking me how to have it so it works in this game.
