Same thing PC to PC if you have a Nude mode in Tekken 7 for example LMAO then no bro , no one else sees this but you, they see your default costume or w/e you have set up.
Mods are client based only in ANY game. Dont mean to be rude but its a silly question, especially concerning cross platform.
If you mod a huge Shlong on hood of your truck to be edgy sorry you can't MEME your console bros, they dont see it.
they also dont see the cars tha havent been added to the console yet, like the ae85 isnt on console yet, so they see a replacement car (idk which they see instead tho)
