Clipping Zone

Maybe stupid question. But where can I find Clipping Zone? Do I have to buy some DLC? Or will it unlock in time? THX for the answers.

in public lobby join/create a tandem event :P those have clipping points

and now I can choose:
Drift
Timed
Duel
Vote
Collisions
but Tandem event just nowhere

duel should have clipping points in it normally :P

on kami road, make a race in public server, try every thing, duel, timed, etc, one of them should have clipping points and zones,those things: a pole with a line that goes from green to yellow to red, depending in what color u slide u get score

navaro base b is a bug for everyone :P that will be fixed later lol

o.k. sir. So I finally found the clipping zone. I did not notice that I still have to rebuild the room again, as there is XDS, create a duel, clipping zone etc. Very THX sir
