I've made a tutorial, which will help you to transform your phone (ANDROID ONLY) into a virtual steering wheel.

you can make hotspot from your pc
there are plenty of programs for creating a hotspot

with hotspot you creat a wi-fi from your pc
connect your phone to that wi-fi and voila :D

As far as i know nothing special

You need to install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.7 or later from here

that's all i know it's needed to set-up a hotspot

alright,i might be very late to this topic,but there is an app called "touch racer"which you can download on android and windows,its very easy to use,you only need to connect your phone to your pc using wifi/bluetooth and just play,here is the link : touchracer.com
