cant get into a drift, massive understeer?

loved the look of this game, got onto it but when i go to iniate a drift the handbrake seems to do nothing and the car doesnt have enough power to keep the tail out, just constant understeer? i dont understand what i have to do in the settings to fix this. i followed a photo tutorial and the car just ended up going in reverse when i accelerated! i have also decreased the force feedback to basically nothing but it still feels like im driving a massive truck. im playing with a g27

What do u mean? I just sort of went go, didn't change anything

Is this your first time using a wheel? That sounds like technical issue rather than the game itself.

They said they just got into the game. Of course they aren't. And why would that matter? They have controller problems.

Do you have the drift setup on like Piano said? Or the steering assist could be doing it, I turned that off.

You can't drift if your just using the stock car. Start by putting a turbo in it

At the bottom of the car select screen there is a button with "Setup" you need to select a mode so to speak and purchase it before you car can really do anything.
