Is CarX Sim or Arcade?

Hello! Just one question: Is CarX Sim or Arcade?

If it's arcade, then why?

should be an arcade-sim game 'cause it's easy to start with but YOU have more control to the car,carx do it great so it's worth a try

i thought it was a bit shallow. with preset options for drift. but as i started too look around they are custom options such as toe. caster, tire prssure. so it can be arcadish. or you can do it yourself kinda mode. pretty awesome so far

Why is CarX arcade?

dunno. they have the potential to be a sim. as long as they dont do what peakangle did and start charging for content that was suppose to be free. and fish a few steering issues.

the only thing that i really dont like is the point system. you are forced to go left. to right after filling that bar up. if not your combo is broken. and alot of the times you take a left handed turn but your gauge wants you to drift to the right

Car X is a arcade style game because the physics are geared towards easy of use and aesthetics. If you notice in game your steering is off axis of the front steering rack and more towards the door hinge area to give a easier drift attack and the grip physics are more towards initiating and exaggerating drift rather than showcase a true drift. Drifting in CarX is way too easy and in real life it takes a lot more kick to force the wheels to kick underneath you.

what makes u think they wanna be full sim? or sim is peak destination for all racing games? main reason why cx is so popular is how laidback it is to drive + depth of customization and tuning, i dont think they want to be another aseto, simcade is the perfect answer.

Idk if you ignored everything I quoted specifically for this thread but I'm not assuming they want to be a Sim. I'm simply explaining to the original thread question why this game is not Sim and more Arcade. You need to relax and read more rather than acting like you're smarter.
