Issue with "Collector" and "All present" achievements

I've finished the game and found all the tools multiple times both in solo and coop and "Collector" is still stuck at 6/7. Without that achievement I can't get "All present" either.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you find solution? i have the same problem - Collector 5/7 and i finished the game probably around 20 times already.

Yes, i found. I played with another friend (not with a friend i started to play this game) and sometimes i was host sometimes my friend was host, and i got it.
So if you have the same problem and you was playing all the time solo, try to find any friend to play with.
If you played with friend and you got this problem, try to find any other player/friend and play with him.
