[SOLVED] Mouse cursor stuck in the corner

Hey I just got this game and I can't click inside the app anywhere, my mouse cursor is just glued into the corner of my screen. Tried normal and legacy mode. No buttons on my keyboard work either, I was thinking maybe I could press "enter" or something and have the game open up, but nope all I get is my mouse corner glued into the corner.

I was actually really looking forward to trying this one too, it's crazy how these issues can persist in a 7 year old game. What on earth is wrong with Himari?

This issue persisted across only a few different games, but I have managed to solve it!!

I tried many many things and was testing the glitch every change I made, and removing something called "Tetherscript" in my device manager under HID devices seemed to be the issue, I have no idea what that is but I removed that and this issue has completely gone away.

I looked at their github page, and it seems to be a part of ControlMyJoystick , and I did just purchase that and install it just a couple weeks back when it was being removed from Steam, so I'm 99% sure its the culprit here.
