Issues with the game

Whenever I launch the game, I get 2 options, legacy and normal, but, whenever I launch legacy, it tells me that the executable for it is missing. What? I re-downloaded several times but still the same. I am also stuck with the achievement with Fatman and Boss Himari. How do you get it? And, finally, how does the kasa hat actually work?

fatman and himari you must defeat them to get the achievement
