Red rose

I have a cat's relationship up to 5 stars and I've heard I can get a red rose to use on this 5 star cat to have a mate. Problem is, I can't seem to find one. I also heard that Coco would come to me to show me where to find a red rose, yet hasn't yet. If it's possible for me to find a red rose without Coco, please tell me and where. Thanks!

Hey! You're right, you'll need a red rose. Coco will come after a certain amount of time; it's possible that you haven't played long enough to trigger the 'red rose event', what day are you on?

i got it when i got to the 5th of fall year 1

I read I post by another player that stated that the "red rose event" Would happen after you have one of the marriable cats at 5 stars and have been playing for a while. I dont remember the exact day I got the red rose but it was some time in fall. I think the 5th or 6th day.
