Game won't load

Hello! The game does not seem to load properly. It stays with a black screen, even though the mouse cursor does beocome the one from the game, so I really have no idea what to do. I've waited for 20+ minutes and it just won't load.

We'll get to the bottom of this! Definitely seems to be a Windows 10 Creators edition issue, I'm looking into the solution
