Which is better sniper elite or sniper ghost warrior

I would like to know that as well. Sniper Elite is a super single player game, and will be hard to beat!

I'd go with sniper elite but if you buy ghost warrior you might as well get the second.

I got the first Sniper Ghost Warrior.
It disgusted me because you have to switch between that awesome sniper and that guy in the front, call of duty style assault rifle, in some missions.
And personally, I'll stay loyal to the first developers ever of the Bullet Cam concept, Rebellion (Sniper Elite first game, back in 2005).

I have them both as well and I like SEV2, better. S:GW is ok for a while and I finished it in record time. As for MP game play? No servers so to speak and most of them are private even though, there's no pw involved. If they don't want you, they all switch sides, attack you or, they all just log off and create a new server. 99% of the players I've run into, are Russian, anyway. Maybe 2 servers to choose from if, I get lucky to see one up.

SEV2 is a much better place, imo.

Even though, SE doesn't have MP servers running at this time nor, will Rebellion ever support them again, I'm buying it not only to add to my collection of this game but, to experience what everyone else that still has it has experienced.

Oh yeah, one more thing I didn't like about S:GW is, in MP, there's no way to lie prone. It's squat or, stand only.

Max Payne was the first (remedy, 2001) usinga bullet camera (also slowmotion matix kind of).
Sniper Warrior and SNiper Elite are to different to compared. But I believe the SNiper Elite Kill Cam is the best at every release.

I like both of them (I have both of them), but I really prefer sniper elite v2.

Something I don´t like from ghost warrior 2, in the first campaing it´s if there is shots moment, screen "Failed mission", that I hate it. It´s a good game, but I think sniper elite is better.

About sniper elite v2, I hate you can save the game, goes by checkpoints. It would be great you had the option of checkpoint and/or save game. The game would have many more options

I see V2 as a purist's sniper game/simulation. Ghost warrior, and similar are just a game. We discussed before SE3 came out, what we'd like to see. Some wanted 'save anytime', but I think that takes away the perceived danger. I'd like them to keep this format, simple interface,etc, and expand it with new missions. The AI is so hot. I'd got into the church tower in St. Pierre unnoticed, just peaked out the window to see where they were, and they spotted me! Sniping and kill cam are brilliant.

Sniper Elite V2 will give you more freedom than SGW. I have and like them both and played them all for countless hours but, I'd pick SEV2 first, over the two.

Both of them are good:
- Sniper Elite 2 is the game that uses weapons from the old era ( WW2 )
- Ghost Warrior is the game that focuses on modern weapons (sniper weapons and such).

Personally i played them both and had a real good time, they are equal imho :)
