Also check your game is up to date. It should be working.
And checking cache files :
1 : Get into your Steam Games Library
2 : Right-click on Sniper Elite V2 and click on Properties
3 : Check all the tabs in there, when opening a specific one you'll be able to click on ''verify cache files).
4 : You wait for finishing checking, and you got it.
In more "open" games it doesn't matter which trigger you activate first as long as you end the mission or the script. It seems that this game needs to be run by the script in order to finish a map properly.
The designers and builders of most modern games don't want the player to think too much for himself. They push and force people to think like a herd. They don't want to create strong self thinking individuals and neither does the government. What they need is a controllable herd, so games may not be designed anymore to awaken the strong self thinking individual in a player.
Result is that the player doesn't decide how to play the game.... the designer decides.
@ Rico,
I agree about not being allowed to think for yourself anymore and many games are set to be that way.
Thanks for the help, I hope it works right for me now. I'm get bored with this sort of repitition in a game, not allowing me to advance. That very reason is what makes me quit playing a game altogether.
By quitting you more or less let game builders think for you, which I'm sure you really don't want.
I'm just another old gamer who's having fun with a bunch of people who pretty much think the same. We see the problems and flaws in games; we look at them and we just let them for what they are. Our priority is having fun together... so most of the time we joke and laugh alot during multiplay. If you take a look at my screen shots and some of my vids, you'll notice that we don't take the game so serious. Don't get me wrong..., we can play very serious if necessary, but without any jokes or laughs the sessions are boring.
In short... never allow a thought or an emotion get to you..., just relax and try to have fun in your life... even with games :)
That trigger for the waypoint is actually out in front of that building in the street but, it has a distance medium that will trigger it also. So, when entering the back of the building, you have to proceeed forward enough, to trigger it.
Did you kill all Snipers? Once you leave the building, and walk out the double front doors, head to the truck and there should be some Snipers that will start shooting at you, you got to kill them and then, head right to the front of the Library. Two more Snipers will try to kill you and go from there.
