No X-Ray cam?

I bought the game and even played it through and although I got many many bullet slo-mo cams I never got a single X-ray cam. I searched around a bit and read somewhere that there´s a German low violence version around and I live in Germany. But the fact is, I´m 42 y/o, I think it´s old enough to decide if I want to see "bad" content and if not, at least I should be warned that for my region the game is cut and censored. But I saw no warning. So, is there any way to get a proper X-ray can somehow or I wasted my money for a version I don´t want to have?

You are out of luck, I have a friend who was almost fined by the German Government for attempting to bypass one of these LOW VIOLENCE caps. Also, by doing so you could be VAC banned for violating Steam's Terms of Service. I apologise that you experienced this invonvienience.

But why Steam doesn´t warn me that the the game is a Low Violence version before I buy? They surely know where I live and there is such a warning on other titles. Actually these other titles made me look for a warning and found nothing. This really sucks!!!

I really suggest you contact Steam about it, on the fact they don't show it properly, and if they are, it is not visible enough. They always respond to me when I send them a message.

Bad that oyu not have x-ray in german you dont get an uncut version so no x-ray cam and in the one dlc with the 2 new snipers you get the snipers but notthe kill hitler mission too not. THere only stand then 2 new snipers and normaly 2 new snipers + kill hitler dls. A friend form me is too from germany i am form austria. He boguth the game from another side where its uncut so kill cam is avaibale and an version where he cna add it to steam. But i must buyed for him the dlc with the 2 new snipers and the kil hitler mission so he cna play now

I'm from Germany and I won the Sniper Elite Franchise Pack on steamgifts.com. It was a ROW version and also contained the Kill Hitler-DLC. Now I played the first (tutorial-)mission from Sniper Elite V2 and I noticed something strange: In the tutorial-mission the game was complete uncut. I got a nice X-Ray-Cam when I killed my first target. But after that mission the X-Ray-Cam was gone and replaced with a normal bullet-cam. Nevertheless I can access the Kill-Hitler-DLC in the main menu and also play it. So my game is basically half-cut.
Is there anything I can do to get a full uncut version again or does anybody (from Germany) noticed the same strange behavior?

Edit: All other games on my account are uncut (Dead Island, L4D 1+2, Prototype 2, The Darkness, Doom 1+2, Bulletstorm, Killing Floor, MP3, Sleeping Dogs, etc...)
