Karlshorst Command Post - stuck here in Single Player - Help!

I am having trouble with the very end where you have to go down the long hallway and kill a slew of baddies who rush you.

My computer is not so good, so I can't move my aim fast enough using the scope or any of the guns. Unfortunately I used up all my traps and mines in the previous checkpoints. All I have left are a few grenades, two submachine gun clips, about 20 silencer rounds and about 60 rifle rounds. Should I restart and conserve as much as possible till the end?

I am thinking of turning down my graphics settings all the way. I have tried luring them out, but that seems to attract foes from the outside to join in. Any suggestions?

Considering what you have left,the easy way to overcome your problem is restart the mission with the correct( for me anyway) loadout for the mission. Rifle -G43,Subgun-Russian-Handgun-Luger. Extras-4 mines,1 tripwire. Kill the 2 sentrys with the tripwire by placing it across the doorway they head for.Go thru that doorway,kill the sniper on the second floor,thru the window,from just inside the doorway.Go thru the doorway,kill the sniper to the right,on the second floor of ruins,go thru the green shuddered window towards the last sniper position to get to the next street.Shoot the two guards in the "hotel",crawl into cubby hole next to wall on left.From here you pick off everybody without being hit by everybody,including the tank.Dispose of the tank by shooting the driver,thru the drivers viewport,to you ,the right side of front of tank.After you snipe both MG gunners at front of building,place first of your mines,one at edge of cncrete floor, at entrance to warehouse. Then place next mine in center of doorway.These mines will kill off the 2 snipers that will try to kill you after you get the info for the chemical weapon .Then place the next 2 mines at the top of the incline,each at the inner edge of the roadway,going down the incline. Go to the left of the tall crate,at the bottom of incline,go prone,and ,using all your guns,shoot everybody coming at you.After you shoot everybody,collect ammo from the dead,go prone just before you get to the last pillar towards the end of the cellar.crawl sideways and kill the commander.After you get info,head for front door. The inside mines usually kill off the two sniper that spawn at top of ramp.Then you go up to top edge of ramp,go prone,spot and tag at least one of the snipers,the left one, heading to the front door.Retreat to bottom of ramp ,let the outside mines do there work.Then go to top edge of ramp,go prone,then spot sniper thru the left most window in far view,tag then kill him.The next sniper walks to the window opposite your position,tag him,kill him. The rest is up to you to discover !!!

Thanks for the tips. I think you are right, I need to load up on mines and conserve ammo starting over.
