How can i change game language into Russian?

you play as an american sniper who fights russians and germans, it wouldnt really make sense to suddenly become a russian who kills russians and germans but runs around with an american sniper rifle (that is untill you get the russian one).

Yes, to tell the truth, it doesn't matter because i had finished the single playes about 5 month ago and now i am playing multiplayer only. And there are no problems for me to play it with english language but why recently i could play this game with russian language and now i cannot?

menus and all that stuff? i guess you could try going steam library>Sniper Elite V2>properties>language

Can I change the subtitles and the menu interface only? and keep the voices in English?
