Mission 1 - How to destroy tank?

I'm in the first mission and a tank just crashed through the wall, just standing there and shooting me with its machine gun. How do I destroy it? I know that I am supposed to shoot its gas tanks, but they are at the back of the tank and I can't get behind it.

Just get in a position when you can see the gas tank , its not that hard.

I did destroy it...Dunno maybe its optional.

When I did it still had the first charge left after clearing the convoy shot that and took out the tank with one bullet.

I think everyones confusing mission 1 and 2. In the first mission it bursts through the wall and starts shooting you with a machine gun. Hhere you simply crawl through a small passage way and escape. In the second mission a tank shows up wich you can destroy by shooting the gas tanks at the back.

Turn 180 from the wall the tank crashed through, walk across the courtyard and theres a small hole in the wall on your left.

You don't. follow the YELLOW MARKER.

Yep. All comments relating to Prologue mission describing the little hole and the yellow markers should be considered.

Press TAB to see the way to go.
Just sprint on the little hole on the other side if you're stuck with the tank, you'll eat littel damage, but you'll be good to go. Then crawl in it.

dont shoot the left charge, save it for the tank.

Prolog: place Dynamite in front of tank, fall back, shoot dynamite, enjoy

Most of the time you don't have dynamite to blow up the tank.You can only kill the driver of the tank,just shoot thru the slot,on the ( from your point of view) the right front of the tank.
