Can you save the game without checkpoint?

I´ve just seen this game is in offer; I don´t know if is fixed than you can save the game or only is with check point.

If this is the last version, can anyone tell me if you can save the game like I can do in sniper elite 3?

I´ve just to check you can not make a manual save in sniper elite v2; I can´t understand why you can say "you can manual save and it has check point saves"; clearly you understood something wrong

There's is a way. F5 does a quicksave and F9 does a quickload. These can even be loaded from after a game restart.

Not working...

F5 only works on SE3 - SE2 relies on checkpoints.
