How to knock out weapons of rank SS

90 scrolls and all sorts of crap in the form of unnecessary rank SS decorations. But the weapon still hasn't dropped. Am I the only one who's so lucky?

I'm like you back when I play this game at my peak interest. Lots of decorations/outfits with dupes, but rarely on weapons. Keep in mind that 10% SS-ranked item retrieval chance during Esoteric/Moonlight Scroll draw doesn't mean that you can get one different SS-ranked item during the draw.

And yes, I once bought a pack of Moonlight Scrolls and that isn't enough for getting what I want.
